The Bottle Cap Challenge reportedly originated on June 25, courtesy of Taekwondo instructor and fighter Farabi Davletchin. But it went viral after mixed martial-artist Max Holloway tried it out followed by several other celebrities. More on that later.

For now, here's a quick description of the Bottle Cap Challenge. A bottle is placed on a table with its cap loosely fixed on it. The person trying it out is required to untwist the cap with a roundhouse kick. Note: The cap should just fly off the bottle, which should remain stationary at that particular moment. Aditya pancholi try physical with 17 year old actress

Actress say's Aditya pancholi spiked her drink, got forcefully physical when she was only 17.

Last week, the Mumbai Police filed a case against actor Aditya Pancholi when an actress recorded her statement and claimed that she was raped by him 10 years ago. Aditya has now been granted interim relief in the case by the Dindoshi sessions court till July 19. But the actress’ statement to the police, that has reportedly been accessed by Mid-Day, throws up shocking claims.

According to this report, in the statement that was recorded by the A-lister actress with the Versova police on June 26, she cites details of "how Pancholi drugged, raped and blackmailed her from the time she was trying to break into the film industry" when she was a minor (17 years of age).

Mid-Day reported that in her statement, the actress claimed that in 2004 she had accompanied Aditya Pancholi to a party where he “spiked” her drink and thereafter got “forcefully physical” with her in his luxury car. She further alleged that Aditya also took photos of her and started blackmailing her, threatening her that he would make the photos public if she did not comply.

In the statement, the actress also claimed, “Once, I was going to file a complaint against him, but he stopped my autorickshaw and beat me up; I was rescued by a pedestrian who (saw) me getting thrashed. At the time, I met and informed senior police officer Bipin Bihari about the incident.” However, she alleges that no action was taken against Aditya at that point in time, despite having approached Bipin Bihari who was the additional commissioner (west region) of Mumbai police in the 2004-06 period.

Mid-Day reports that its repeated efforts to contact Bihari drew a nought as Bihari remained unavailable for comment. As per the Mumbai daily, Bihari is currently a DG-rank officer of the Maharashtra police and posted as the managing director of the Housing and Welfare Corporation for the state's police.

The statement also mentions that besides her, Aditya also assaulted her sister. The actress claimed, “Between 2008 and 2009, I shifted to Bandra. My sister, who was unwell then, came to my house and we were living together. When I was away at a shoot, he came to my house and beat up my sister. When I returned home, I saw my sister was shivering and completely scared. I asked her what happened and she told me about how Pancholi had beaten her up.”

The actress claims that she had approached the wife of the accused but she refused to step in and even backed Pancholi. The accused also threatened the other sibling of the victim - a brother - into silence.

Pancholi, on his part, has denied all charges and his lawyer says it is a case of framing of an innocent person. Meanwhile, Pancholi must be present at the Versova police station every Wednesday and co-operate with the interrogation. Aditya Pancholi has been granted interim relief from arrest till July 19 in this case of the alleged rape. He has executed a personal bond of Rs 30,000, a precondition to the interim bail granted by the Dindoshi session court on Tuesday 2 July 2019.

Kabir singh movie is very high on social media. After the release of trailer this most awaited movie for all the fans. Kabir Singh shows Shahid Kapoor in the eponymous role while Kiara Advani plays his girlfriend. The Sandeep Reddy Vanga-directed film is a second ode to toxic masculinity after his Arjun Reddy. It was not cool the first time, it is worse the second.probalbly this movie will be the best movie for shahid as well as for kiara advani.

The film’s plot revolves around a brilliant surgeon Kabir Singh who suffers heartbreak and goes down the path of self-destruction and self-pity. While Shahid plays the titular role in the movie, Kiara Advani plays his romantic interest.

Shahid, who was last seen in Batti Gul Meter Chalu, is looking forward to the release of the movie.

Talking about his character Kabir Singh, the actor told , “I think Kabir Singh’s emotional arc is the most complete of all the characters that I have played. He has that edginess and ruggedness that people associate with Tommy, Kaminey and maybe Haider. But the arc is much wider. I think this is even a bigger arc than Haider had as a character. Secondly, because it comes from love, it’s a very interesting combination of being aggressive and vulnerable at the same time. It is a lot of pathos, which you feel for this character, but at the same time, he can be so intimidating. It is a very unique kind of combination which I have never had in any of the other characters that I have played.”

While the stills and promos of Kabir Singh suggest that the movie is dark, Shahid Kapoor disagrees.

“It’s a movie. It’s not real life. So people should focus on the wrong things that happen in their life. You know, movies are meant to be for entertainment. And we work very hard to make those movies and we think very hard before we make them,” Shahid said.

Kiara Advani defended Kabir Singh saying the audience will be able to identify with the characters in the film.

She said, “These are two characters who are flawed in their own ways. No love story is perfect. We have problems, differences, issues and we deal with it differently. Nobody is black or white. Everyone has layers and has their strengths and weaknesses. And that’s how you overcome that. And that’s why the original worked because it had that connectivity factor. It had that mass appeal because everyone could identify with these people. They all realised this has happened in my life. We have all been in love. We have all been through heartbreak. So somewhere to some extent, we know that you have been in that place in your life.”

Shahid Kapoor reveals why he attended the wedding for former girlfriend Priyanka Chopra but not that of Kareena Kapoor.

Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor has revealed that former girlfriend Priyanka Chopra invited him to her wedding with Nick Jonas last year. However, he said that Kareena Kapoor did not.

Shahid was speaking to Neha Dhupia on her chat show BFFs with Vogue when he talked about the weddings of his former girlfriends. A Mumbai Mirror report quoted him as saying, “About Kareena, I don’t remember, it was a while ago. I don’t think I was invited,” he said.

Asked to pick the better co-star between Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, Shahid reportedly named Deepika and said, “I guess that’s because she and I needed to connect for our respective characters. I think I shared more with her because of that than I did with Ranveer.” He played Deepika’s husband in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmaavat while Ranveer essayed the role of the antagonist in the film that proved to be one of the best grossers for all the three stars.
